Absolutely! Send me an email with the name of the bow and the colors you desire, and I'll gladly customize our bows however you wish. *Price may change depending on changes requested*

Certainly! Send me an email with the name of the bow and a photo of the dress or material you want to match. I'll match the bow to the picture. (*Not responsible for mismatch due to bad photo quality*) Or better yet, I'll email you back with an address you can mail a swatch of the actual fabric to for more accurate matching. If you have extra fabric, I can incorporate a bow made from the actual fabric into the entire bow creation. Just send an email. We can work it out. (*Price may change depending on materials and difficulty of changes*)

Where possible, all creations are first sewn together and to the clip for strength. Hot glue is also used for stability in each creation.

All of our ribbons are sealed for integrity. Most are sealed (and cut for that matter) using a wood burning tool. However, certain ribbons (esepecially in the artistic creations) are sealed by an actual open flame.

Of course! However, depending on the size of some creations, certain bases may not be approprate. But you can always ask.

There are no baby specific creations other than the actual headband itself. They're not needed because our headbands are designed to host any of the creations in our store. You simply buy one headband (base) you like best and then buy however many attachments/creations you desire to go with it. Thus when your baby grows too big for the headband, you can still use all the attachments in a larger band, or simply as the hair clips they are. FYI - The signature snap clip base works best with the baby bands for both comfort and stability, however, the other bases may be used as well.

Yes, you may, if the item is significantly not as described. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt of item. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our reduced price kits, we do not accept returns of do-it-yourself kits if any piece is altered (or missing) from the way it was shipped to you.

Unfortunately, search engines that carry links to specific products do not update instantaneously. When we make a change in price or shipping in our store, it can take up to a week for that change to reflect in the various search engines. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
